My stay at Bossotel Chiang Mai was a mixed bag. The location was fantastic, being right across from the train station, which made my travels super convenient. However, the room could have been better; it felt a bit worn down, and I encountered issues with hospitality that left me wanting more. Overall, there are definitely some highlights, like the breakfast, but there are areas for improvement.
