Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Bossotel Chiang Mai was a mixed bag. The location was fantastic, being right across from the train station, which made my travels super convenient. However, the room could have been better; it felt a bit worn down, and I encountered issues with hospitality that left me wanting more. Overall, there are definitely some highlights, like the breakfast, but there are areas for improvement.
I had a comfortable 8-day stay at Bossotel Chiang Mai, primarily in my room due to a leg injury. The newly refurbished corner room on the 6th floor was spacious and well-lit, with lovely views of the mountains. The pool area wasn't the most inviting, and the noise from the nearby train station and a restaurant made it less ideal for light sleepers. Overall, I appreciated the helpful staff and enjoyed the breakfast variety, but the noise and condition of some areas could be improved.
I recently stayed at Bossotel Chiang Mai for a couple of nights, primarily for its convenient location near the train station. I opted for one of their refurbished rooms which was modern and clean, a pleasant surprise compared to some older rooms I saw. While the breakfast was just okay and located across the street, the staff were friendly, making my overall experience enjoyable despite some hiccups with service and amenities.
I had a mixed experience at Bossotel Chiang Mai. The location is very convenient, right across from the train station, making it easy to catch trains. However, the room wasn't very comfortable, as I dealt with some noise issues and limited hot water during my stay. The breakfast buffet was quite good, and the staff were helpful, but the overall atmosphere felt somewhat dated and crowded with unnecessary items.
I spent 5 nights at Bossotel Chiang Mai, and it was a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with air conditioning. though I did notice some areas needed updating. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring fresh fruit and good tea. However, I found communication with the staff challenging due to their limited English skills.
